As avid perennial and annual flower gardeners, my wife and I have always had some interest in growing our own vegetables. So when we learned about Wendy and the Front Yard Farmer, we were excited about a “turn key” option where we could watch and learn. After a brief evaluation and explanation of the process; our two raised beds were installed and planted just two days later. Since our garden was installed in the fall, Wendy planted some cold crops which all have done very well in the early Spring. We already have a great supply of lettuce, spinach , and kale; and spring planted peas, carrots, and radishes are looking terrific. I can wait to have her plant the cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers. The best part of the experience is that everything is planted at the right time, in the right place, and we are learning along the way. It has been a very appetizing and satisfying experience.
