I had always dreamed of having a vegetable garden, but the whole process seemed overwhelming to me so I steered clear of the idea. Luckily, in the spring of 2009, I met Wendy Weiner, The Front Yard Farmer, and like magic she turned me into an organic gardener! Wendy is a knowledgable and patient teacher. She built me a beautiful garden in just the size I could handle and guided me through the season, answering every little question I came up with like a patient pediatrician with a first time mom. Wendy introduced me to a whole new adventure. My garden brought me such joy and a bounty of delicious and healthy food for my family. Many thanks, Wendy!
